Instructions

  1. Make sure you need this type of document. Some countries will require a certificate issued by a Registrar instead.
  2. When filling in the form, it is essential that you check very carefully the spelling of all names and accuracy of all numbers. A mistake in these can have consequences affecting the validity of the document. We accept no responsiblity for incorrect information.
  3. After submitting the form, you will be asked to pay the fee of £70 inc. VAT. You will then receive your declaration via email.
  4. You can save your answers at any point for up to 30 days by choosing “Save & Continue Later”.

N.B. This form will not produce a registrar’s certificate of non-impediment. If you need one of these, you will need to contact your local registry office. Not sure what this is? Check out our FAQs to find out the difference between a certificate of non-impediment and an affidavit/declaration.
